MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) Tim Duncan scored 24 points, Marco Belinelli added 19 points and Kawhi Leonard had 17 to carry the San Antonio Spurs past the Memphis Grizzlies 110-108 in overtime Tuesday night.

Mike Conley had 30 points for the Grizzlies, scoring 21 in the second half.

Memphis used a 23-7 run in the final 5 minutes and tie the game at 98. Conley hit a runner at the end of regulation to send the game into overtime 3 seconds after Manu Ginobili put the Spurs ahead with a layup. Ginobili scored the game-winning layup with 1.8 seconds to go in overtime.

Conley had an opportunity to win the game in overtime but his 25-foot 3-point attempt was short.

The Spurs won their fourth straight road game and their seventh straight against the Grizzlies. San Antonio was playing its first game without center Tiago Splitter, who sprained his right shoulder in Saturday's win over the Clippers and is out for three to five weeks.
