David Akers' name appeared on the participation report with a pelvis injury, one of three 49ers whose participation in Wednesday's was limited. Only Delanie Walker was unable to practice.
The Rams, however, had five players who were unable to practice, including offensive playmakers Steven Jackson and Danny Amendola.
