SANTA CLARA -- Guard Mike Iupati did not practice Wednesday due to a left knee injury, as the 49ers began their week of work to get prepared to face the unbeaten Detroit Lions on Sunday.Iupati's availability for Sunday's game is uncertain. If he is unable to play, the 49ers would likely move former right guard Chilo Rachal back into the starting lineup.
