The 49ers re-signed linebacker Mark Nzeocha to a one-year deal, the club announced Friday.
The 49ers originally acquired Nzeocha early in the 2017 season when he was signed off the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad. He was originally a seventh-round draft pick of the Cowboys in 2015.
Nzeocha (6-foot-3, 240 pounds) appeared in 10 games with the 49ers and recorded four tackles on special teams. He was scheduled to be an exclusive rights free agent this offseason.
