The 49ers announced the signing of Alex Smith, Ray McDonald and Tony Wragge to contracts Friday.

McDonald's deal is for five years. Smith and Wragge inked one-year agreements.

No contract terms were released but Comcast SportsNet Bay Area previously reported that Smith had agreed to a one-year, 5 million deal.

Last season Smith appeared in 11 games (10 starts), completing 204 of 342 passes for 2,370 yards with 14 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He finished 2010 with an overall passer rating of 82.1.

In 2006, Smith became the first quarterback in 49ers history to take every snap over the course of a season. He finished the year completing 257 passes on 442 attempts for 2,890 passing yards with 16 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.

In 2010 McDonald appeared in all 16 games, recording 57 tackles, one interception and two passes defensed. Since 2009, McDonald is one of only three NFL defensive linemen to score two touchdowns.

Wragge is one of the 49ers' most versatile linemen. He has seen action at every position except right tackle. In 2010, he played in 15 games, playing center, right guard and left tackle as well as on special teams.
