Officially, Smith listed questionable; unofficially, expected to start

SANTA CLARA -- Quarterback Alex Smith, who sustained a concussion Sunday against the St. Louis Rams, is listed as "questionable" on the 49ers' official injury report, though he expects to play Monday night against the Chicago Bears after being cleared for a full week of practice.

The Bears, however, will be without their starting quarterback, Jay Cutler, who has already been ruled out for the game with a concussion. Veteran Jason Campbell will start.The 49ers do not expect injuries to sideline any players. All the other players on the team's roster are listed as probable. That list includes cornerback Chris Culliver, who was limited this week with a shoulder injury.Smith returned for four days of "limited practice." Any time the past two seasons in which a 49ers player has returned from a concussion for at least limited practice, that player has played in the next game.49ERS
