One other name in the mix is a former 49ers passer in McLeod Bethel-Thompson, who is reportedly set to re-sign with the team, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan.
The 28-year-old quarterback and Sacramento State product entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the 49ers in 2011 under Jim Harbaugh.

Bethel-Thompson had three stints with San Francisco, staying on as a third-stringer and practice squad quarterback.

In addition to Bradford and Wentz, the Eagles have veteran passer Chase Daniel.
