The 49ers had the first shot at Harbaugh, who met for several hours Wednesday with team president Jed York and new general manager Trent Baalke. The 49ers interviewed Raiders offensive coordinator Hue Jackson earlier in the day.The 49ers have fulfilled the requirements of the Rooney Rule, which requires every team to interview at least one minority candidate before hiring a head coach.
