The A's are shaking up their roster yet again, recalling shortstop Brandon Hicks, and Tyson Ross to the club.
Hick's addition comes as a surprise, but his numbers in Triple-A Sacramento are very good. He is batting .272 with 13 homers and 48 RBI in 65 games. We knew several days ago that Ross was going to be starting on Saturday. To make room on the roster Bartolo Colon and Collin Cowgill were placed on the disabled list.Cowgill injured his ankle on Saturday attempting to make a diving catch in the ninth inning.
