The Giants' main division rivals in 2012 may be without one of their top starting pitchers for all of 2013, according to a report.Dodgers right-hander Chad Billingsley, placed on the 60-day disabled list Wednesday, may miss the 2013 season as well if he needs to undergo Tommy John surgery to repair a slightly torn ulnar collateral ligament."It makes you cringe a little bit," Billingsley told Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times. "But they say I have a chance to heal from it before I have to worry about getting cut."Billingsley and the Dodgers are hoping that a rehab program of rest and treatment will allow him to throw again in four to six weeks. If that doesn't work, Tommy John surgery is the likely follow-up.Billingsley, who went 10-9 with a 3.55 ERA before landing on the DL, is owed 23 million over the next two seasons.
