Kings make three roster moves, waive veteran point guard

On Monday, Marcus Williams played 18 minutes in the Kings' preseason loss to the Blazers.

On Tuesday, the point guard was waived by Sacramento, the team announced.

In two preseason games, Williams averaged 6.0 points and 3.0 assists.

Additionally, the Kings announced that they have signed guards Reggie Hearn and David Stockton.

Stockton is back for another tour of duty with the Sacramento organization after spending the last three seasons playing for the Reno Bighorns, the G-League affiliate for the Kings.
