Jones caught five passes for 101 yards.San Jose State also played tough defense, holding New Mexico State (1-9, 0-5) to 120 yards on the ground and only 100 through the air.New Mexico State finally got on the scoreboard with 42 seconds left in the game on a 9-yard pass from Travaughn Colwell to Trevor Walls.
