A foundation called Jill's Legacy was established inMarch of 2011 that organizes Jog for Jill events, where proceeds go to lungcancer research and awareness.On Sept. 12, 2010, a 5k Jog for Jill event was held inGolden Gate Park, where approximately 3,000 people helped raise more than319,000.
