Understandably Stanford kicker Jordan Williamson has not spoken to the media since Monday night, but his home town paper, the Austin Statesman, caught up with his high school coach who had talked to Jordan.

Heres some exercepts:

"He doesn't feel good," said Anthony Wood, who called Williamson on Tuesday morning. "This is a rough time. He's very disappointed in himself. He's the type of kid who expects to make every kick. He just happened to miss a kick on a bigger stage."

Wood, who watched as Williamson earned all-Central Texas first-team honors at Westwood (High) in 2008 and 2009, said before Monday night, Williamson had not missed a field goal with the game on the line.

"I've told Jordan in the past, before you can be great at something, you've got to fail," Wood said. "He's never, never been in a situation where he wasn't successful. This is the first time he's ever had to experience this (outcome)."

Not sure when Jordan will want to talk but you would hope he has received a lot of support and will be able to move on from this bad experience.
