Stanford's Chris Owusu suffered a concussion during Saturday's 38-13 win over Oregon State, CSNBayArea.com has confirmed.
The senior wide receiver is flying home with the team and will be evaluated in the coming week.
Owusu took a vicious hit with under five minutes remaining in the first half of Stanford's game against Oregon State Saturday. It is the third time this season Owusu has been shaken up by a hit.

While everyone on the field took a knee, Owusu lay motionless on the ground while he was attended to by the medical staff before being loaded onto a stretcher. Owusu gave the thumbs up from the prone position as his stretcher was being loaded into the ambulance on the field.
Jordan Poyer was the culprit, delivering a hit that knocked the ball free, and seemingly knocked Owusu unconscious momentarily. Poyer picked up the ball and returned it for a touchdown, but a flag was thrown on Poyer for targeting the head of Owusu, bringing the play back.
Seven days prior, Owusu took a brutal hit from safety T.J. McDonald in Stanford's triple-overtime win over the Trojans.
