OAKLAND -- Raiders quarterback Jason Campbell has been escorted off the field after suffering what appears to be a dislocated right shoulder on a scramble.

Campbell was replaced by Kyle Boller under center late in the second quarter.

Earlier, Campbell scrambled upfield and lost a fumble.

He immediately went into the locker room for testing.
