Injury report: Smith, McGee among six questionable Raiders

MEXICO CITY – Raiders cornerback Sean Smith missed one game with a shoulder injury. Stacy McGee missed two with ankle trouble.

Those guys should be available for Monday night’s game against Houston at Estadio Azteca. The same can be said for the entire Raiders roster.

A total of six players were considered questionable Saturday on the team’s official injury report, but all of them should be at Jack Del Rio’s disposal.

“Our guys that are questionable, we had about six of them, I’m hoping they can all play,” the Raiders head coach said. “We’ll just see how it goes.”

Getting Smith back is a huge boon, even though D.J. Hayden and T.J. Carrie played well in expanded roles. He was playing well before getting hurt in Tampa Bay.

McGee should add depth to an interior defensive line that has played better of late. He has been their best pass rusher on the inside.

Latavius Murray (ankle), Kelechi Osemele (knee) and Rodney Hudson (knee) missed practice during the bye week, but are expected to play against the Texans in a game where the rushing is vital.

The Texans are fairly healthy, with receiver Will Fuller and defensive tackle Vince Wilfork considered questionable.
