NAPA -- This will be a first -- the Raiders are expecting 1,000 fans for today's practice, which begins at 2:20 p.m. And yes, the team will be in pads and hitting in front of the fans.The organization, though, reminds fans that a ticket is needed for admittance. No walk-ups will be allowed.In years past, certain fan groups have been admitted, but the crowd count has been closer to 250 or so.Ticketed fans are also coming to practices on Saturday and Sunday.
