CINCINNATI -- No real surprises among the Raiders inactives, which were just announced, some 90 minutes before kickoff against the Cincinnati Bengals.Running backs Darren McFadden (ankle) and Mike Goodson (ankle) and defensive tackle Richard Seymour (hamstringknee) were all ruled out on Friday.The rest, then: offensive linemen Willie Smith and Lucas Nix, defensive end Jack Crawford and quarterback Terrelle Pryor.It all means that recently promoted-from-the-practice squad linebacker Kaelin Burnett is active, as is strong safety Tyvon Branch, who missed last week's game with a neck injury.The Bengals inactives: receivers Andrew Hawkins and Armon Binns, tight end Richard Quinn, cornerback Jason Allen, safety George Iloka and defensive tackles Devon Still and Brandon Thompson.
