Raiders sign four to practice squad, including Stupar

The Raiders have filled out half of their practice squad with the signings of linebackers Nate Stupar and Kaelin Burnett and receivers Travionte Session and Brandon Carswell.Oakland waived all four were waived on Friday.Stupar, the Raiders seventh-round draft pick, had a game-high 11 tackles with a sack Thursday in the preseason finale at Seattle.Burnett, an undrafted free agent out of the University of Nevada, had four tackles in the preseason.Session, who also played in Reno, caught four passes for 48 yards in exhibition games and saw a lot of time with the second-team offense Thursday.Carswell, the third undrafted free agent, came from USC and had three catches for 36 yards.NFL rules stipulate teams can establish practice squads of "up to eight players that are free agents who do not have an accrued season of free agency credit or who were on the 46-player active list for less than nine regular-season games during their only accrued season(s). A player cannot participate on the practice squad for more than three seasons."
