ALAMEDA -- The Raiders have announced that Sunday's home game against Cleveland will be blacked out on local television, snapping a streak of 13 straight televised home games dating back to Dec. 26, 2010, against Indianapolis. Tom Cable was coach then. The Raiders are on a four-game losing streak in which they have been outscored by a combined 169-79 and have fallen to 3-8 on the season. The Browns are also 3-8."I'm disappointed in that," said Raiders rookie coach Dennis Allen. "But the only thing we can do about that is go out and try to get a win against Cleveland."This past summer Oakland took advantage of the league's new 85 percent threshold rule, so they do not have to sell out every seat in O.co Coliseum, the second-smallest listed capacity in the NFL at 63,132, to televise a game locally.Since returning from Los Angeles in 1995, the Raiders have had 62 televised home games and Sunday will be the 80th blackout.Sunday's game will be broadcast by CBS, with Bill Macatee and Steve Tasker in the booth. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:25 p.m. PT.
