LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP)Swimmings governing body FINA announced Mondaythat all 362 doping tests from last months world championships in Shanghai havecome back negative.There were 311 urine samples taken, including 43 screenings for the bloodbooster EPO, and 51 blood tests.FINA announced in Shanghai that the blood tests taken there will go towardthe implementation of a biological passport program, much like the one the UCIinstalled in cycling.FINA took special measures to ensure that meat at the athletes hotels inShanghai was not contaminated with clenbuterol, which is common in Chinese meatand on WADAs list of banned substances as an anabolic agent that builds muscleand burns fat.Standout Brazilian sprinter Cesar Cielo won two gold medals at the worldsafter being cleared of doping by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.FINA had challenged a Brazilian federation decision to give Cielo only awarning after he tested positive for furosemide, a banned diuretic and maskingagent, at a meet in Rio de Janeiro in May.Cielo said he consumed the drug in a contaminated batch of a food supplementhe regularly used.
