#FannyPackTime: Steph Curry pays off bet to JaVale McGee

Share

It took a few days, but Steph Curry finally paid off the bet.

This past Tuesday evening, Curry and Warriors reserve center JaVale McGee made a friendly wager over the Davidson-Nevada men's basketball game.

If Davidson won, McGee had to serve as Steph Curry's caddie for a round of golf and walk the whole course. If Nevada won, Curry had to wear a fanny pack to at least three games.

Nevada won the game 81-68, meaning Curry had to don the fanny pack. It didn't happen on Wednesday in Oklahoma City or Friday against the Bulls.

But after the Warriors beat the Pelicans 110-95 on Saturday night, Curry wrapped a bright yellow Warriors fanny pack as he walked up the hallway to the locker room. Quinn Cook and Kevin Durant, both inactive for the game, greeted Curry with laughs.

Shortly after the game ended, McGee took to Twitter to remind Curry he had only fulfilled one-third of his bet.

On Sunday morning, Hunter Pence showed his love for Curry rocking the fanny pack.

And, the Giants are extending their had to Curry for their very own Retro Fanny Pack Night.
