Jeremy Lin is the starting point guard for the New York Knicks.

Lin, who came off the bench to score 25 points with seven assists on Saturday night against New Jersey, will get the start in Monday night's game vs. Utah. The Knicks have struggled mightily at the point guard position so far, with perhaps their best option, Baron Davis, still sidelined following back surgery.

Lin, who saw action in 29 games with the Warriors last season, is the first Asian-American player in NBA history. The Harvard product has appeared in 10 games with New York this year, averaging 5.7 points and 2.4 assists.
Last season, Lin averaged 2.6 points and 1.4 assists in a little less than 10 minutes per game for Golden State.
