Warriors shooting guard Monta Ellis has been named theWestern Conference player of the Week, the NBA announced on Monday.Ellis averaged 20.5 ponts, 7.5 assists and two steals pergame, helping the Warriors win three of their past four games.This is the second time Ellis has won the player of the weekhonor. He was named Western Conference player of the week in late December2010.Milwaukee Bucks forward Ersan Ilyasova was named EasternConference player of the week.
