If the Cavs got their way, he wouldn't have been able to play in Game 6, either.
Cleveland lobbied for a two-game suspension, according to ESPN's Zach Lowe.

Without Draymond in uniform for Game 5, LeBron James registered 41 points, 16 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals, 3 blocks and only 2 turnovers, while shooting 16-for-30 from the field and 4-for-8 from deep.

In Games 1 through 4, LeBron averaged 24.8 points, 11.0 rebounds, 8.3 assists and 5.8 turnovers on 48 percent shooting overall and just over 31 percent from 3-point territory.
He was once again spectacular in Cleveland's Game 6 victory, racking up 41 points and 11 assists and made 16 of his 27 shots.
Golden State Warriors
In Game 7 at Oracle, LeBron recorded 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists. He also turned the ball over five times and was 9-for-24 from the field and just 1-for-5 from beyond the arc (the one make was rather large -- it gave the Cavs an 89-87 lead with just under five minutes left).
Draymond's Game 7 stat line: 32 points, 15 rebounds, 9 assists.
He probably would have been named Finals MVP. Instead, LeBron took home that distinction for the third time in his career.
