Steph Curry is currently touring in Asia.

And during a recent stop in Hangzhou, the two-time champion took part in a special exhibition of Tai Chi.

"It works on my balance, my focus," Curry told Laurence Scott. "He makes it look so easy, but it's pretty hard even though we're moving pretty slow.

"Definitely have to bring that back to the pregame routine next year so I got some more ammo to work with."

Curry's younger brother, Seth, also participated.

"You can tell they put a lot of time and a lot practice into it," Seth explained. "Second nature to them. The way they were teasing us, they made it look very easy.

"We didn't make it look as easy. But it's a great experience to be able to do this type of stuff in their country. You can tell they take a lot of pride in it, just like we do our craft.

"So it was fun to come out here and learn from those guys and just try to learn the basics of what they do."

Seth Curry averaged 12.8 points and 2.7 assists per game with the Mavs last season, and shot 42.5 percent from deep.

Steph Curry averaged 25.3 points and 6.6 assists per game last season, and shot 41.1 percent from 3-point territory.
