The Warriors will not have center David Lee or small forward Richard Jefferson for Saturday's game with the Clippers, the team announced Friday.

Lee has been suffering from pain in his groin for several weeks and underwent an MRI Friday that revealed a strain and a stress reaction. Team doctors advised Lee that he should not play until the condition has fully healed.

Lee has played in 57 games this season and is averaging 20.1 points and 9.6 rebounds per game. He scored 20 points in a loss to the Mavs on Thursday.

Jefferson, obtained in a mid-March deal with the Spurs, is suffering from swelling in his right knee. He was scheduled to undergo an MRI in the Bay Area late Friday afternoon. Results of the MRI will be released when available. He's averaged 9.7 points and 3.5 rebounds per game in 17 contests for Golden State.

Jefferson will remain in the Bay Area to receive treatment and miss tomorrows game in Los Angeles against the Clippers. Lee is expected to travel with the team to L.A.
