Green's custom Nike Hyperdunks featured an ornament hanging off the swoosh and a Christmas tree on the heel with cartoon character Arthur standing next it.

The initial reaction was that Green was trolling LeBron James with the inclusion of Arthur.
Back on Nov. 6, LeBron posted an image of Arthur's clenched fist to Instagram. The post came a day after the Cavs lost to the lowly Hawks and fell to 4-6 on the season.

"Soooo.... if I came up with this incredible story about how I was trolling Bron with these shoes, would they sell for more in an auction for charity? If so then yes I was trolling Bron. However, @giftedkicks_ made them for me and I saw them yesterday when I was half sleep getting a haircut and never even noticed the Arthur thing until the media asked after the game. So all that being said I'm still auctioning them for charity!!! Cool story huh," Green wrote.
