BOSTONSean Bergenheim was out on the ice for pregame warm-ups skating hard, and it looked like one of Tampas most effective playoff performers would returnthe lineup for the decisiveGame 7 after suffering a lower body injury. But Bergenheim was scratched just before Game 7, and will miss his second straight game due to the lower body problem.Bergenheim skated with Dominick Moore and Steve Downie during pregame warm-ups, and was a physical, grinding factor in the series before going down in a Game 5 loss to the Bruins at TD Garden.The Bruins looked to have no changes to their lineup with the same combos and lines:Lucic-Krejci-Horton
