Bruins back to full strength at practice

TAMPAAll Bruins players were present and accounted for as they went through a scrimmage-heavy practice at the Tampa Times Forum in preparation of Thursday nights game against the Tampa Bay Lightning. That meant full participation and full health as the Bruins swing through Florida for the next five days before finishing this three-game road trip with a tilt against the New York Islanders at the Nassau Coliseum.

That also meant the seven Bruins skaters knocked down by the flu from yesterdays practice at Ristuccia Arena were back out on the ice, and players like Patrice Bergeron, Nathan Horton and Adam McQuaid were feeling much better.

Bruins coach Claude Julien was able to fill out his forward lines and defensemen pairings as usual for the hour-plus practice.

Lets knock on wood here that nothing else happens, but it was obvious that everybody missing yesterday was feeling much better today, said Julien. So lets cross our fingers that is where it all ends.

The forward combos and defensemen pairings were as follows:

Lucic-Krejci-Horton
Marchand-Bergeron-Seguin
PandolfoBourque-Kelly-Peverley
MacDermidPaille-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Boychuk
Seidenberg-Hamilton
Ference-McQuaid

Rask
Khudobin
