CSNNE.comNASHVILLEHere are five thoughts from the third period with the Bruins and Predators locked in a 3-3 tie after the first 60 minutes of play at Bridgestone Arenaand headed for overtime.1)Some real danger signs with the Bruins defense when theres only one defender amid a series of onrushing Predators players in the final 10 minutes of a 3-2 hockey game on the road. David Legwand scored a game-tying goal after two great saves by Tuukka Rask, and then the young Bs netminder threw his stick high in the air in frustration after Nashville potted the goal. Very milk crate-esque from Tuukka.2)Its too bad the Bruins allowed the game-tying strike because the day was all set up for Patrice Cleary-Bergeron to take home the game-winner. Bergeron hadnt scored a goal since the end of February against the Vancouver Canucks, but instead hell have to settle for one of the goals that sent the game to OT.3)Frustrating third period where the Bruins dominated shots and play, but had one shift where they were caught defensively with their pants down and allowed the Predators to push them to overtime because of it.4)The Bruins are 0-for-3 on the power play and still dont look quite right on the man advantage. Its really starting to look more and more like this is going to be a chronic issue with this particular team.5)Six shots on net for Michael Ryder. Hes certainly trying to show tonight that he wants to be in the lineup, isnt he?
