Report: Bruins made Parise a ‘significant' offer

On Wednesday, July 4, Zach Parise signed a 13-year, 98 million contract with the Minnesota Wild, but not before receiving other options. Parise was offered a "significant" offer from the Boston Bruins, according to a report from Boston.com.
Parise said his final decision came between Minnesota and New Jersey. Parise had close ties to both teams, being a Minnesota native, and a Devil for his entire career.
