Teams have a pretty good feel for what they want to do on draft night by now, with some likely to trade up, others down and in all likelihood, a couple will trade completely out of the first round.

As for the Boston Celtics, the C's seem poised to keep the No. 25 pick.

Picking that late in the first round rarely results in an impact player immediately.

But picking that late in the first, the Celtics may be willing to take a flyer on a player with tremendous upside who isn't quite ready to contribute right away.

"Not trying to put a negative spin on this; trying to be realistic," said Danny Ainge, Boston's president of basketball operations. "The 25th pick of the draft is probably not going to help us immediately. but there are some players that we think can fit our roster, the personality of our team, make our team better in practice and add depth to our roster."
