LeBron James
He is playing on another level compared to the rest of the folks here, getting anything and everything he wants at the rim. He leads all scorers with 23 points along with five rebounds and four assists.
Kevin Love
His inside-outside game is once again a big problem for Boston. Love has 13 points to go with nine rebounds.
Boston Celtics
STUDS
Tristan Thompson
His activity around the rim is once again huge for the Cavs. At the half, he has 11 points and seven rebounds.
Jaylen Brown
He’s bringing some pretty impressive energy in the first half, one of the few Celtics playing with a great purpose and effectiveness in the first half for Boston. He has eight points on 4-for-4 shooting with four rebounds.
Avery Bradley
He has been the most effective starter for the Celtics tonight, tallying a team-high 11 points at the half on 5-for-9 shooting.
DUDS
Isaiah Thomas
He has just seven points, coming on 3-for-11 shooting along with five assists. Give the Cavs credit. They’ve done a great job of making his life as tough as possible scoring the ball.
Al Horford
He was Mr. Efficiency in the Wizards series, but consistently failed to make shots in the first half. He had for points, four assists and three rebounds while shooting a woeful 1-for-8 from the field.
