Report: Pacers among those interested in Olynyk as a free agent

Less than 24 hours after the Celtics pulled their qualifying offer to Kelly Olynyk, allowing him to become an unrestricted free agent, he's drawing plenty of interest from other teams, Sam Amick of USA Today reports.

The Pacers, of course, dealt All-Star Paul George to the Oklahoma City late Friday, and the Celtics were among the suitors in on the George deal. Making one wonder why Indiana didn't just ask for Olynyk in the deal if they're so eager to land him?

The Jazz, who just lost Gordon Hayward to the Celtics, were originally interested in the 7-foot Olynyk when he came out of Gonzaga as the 13th pick overall (originally of the Dallas Mavericks before being traded to Boston) in 2013.
