Aceves still confident in his stuff after loss

BOSTON -- Alfredo Aceves picked up his fourth blown save and fourth loss of the season on Sunday, allowing a go-ahead RBI double to Roger Bernandina in the top of the ninth inning that scored Bryce Harper from first.

But after the game, Aceves didn't want to focus on the negative. And he expressed the confidence he still has in himself as closer of the Red Sox, even after picking up his second loss in his last three appearances.

"I feel good," said Aceves. "I feel that I'm getting better in my delivery. Pitches are still staying high speed. It's not easy to throw that speed. That's the good thing. We lost, I'm not going with that. I'm going with the good things. I'm going to stick with that I'm getting better. I feel sorry for the other teams."
