The Oakland Athletics honored Hall of Fame pitcher Dennis Eckersley this weekend.
On Friday they dedicated a gate at the Oakland Alameda Coliseum to the former reliever.
On Saturday, they gave Eckersley bobbleheads to fans in attendance.
The A's social media team jumped at the opportunity to make a not-so-subtle joke about Eckersley's run-in with Red Sox starter David Price earlier this season.
