Saturday's Red Sox-Tigers lineups: Hill at 3B vs. lefty Norris

Right-handed hitting Aaron Hill gets the start at third base against Tigers lefty Daniel Norris, and David Ortiz, who left early with back trouble Friday, is in the Red Sox lineup as their series continues in Detroit on Saturday night (7:10).

Ortiz, 40, in his final season as a player, left the Red Sox' 10-2 victory with what manager John Farrell described as "a little stiffness" in his upper back. He did hit his 28th home run in the first inning Friday.

Lefty trade-deadline acquisition Drew Pomeranz (9-9, 2.99 ERA), coming off his best outing with the Red Sox (two runs, five hits, six strikeouts in 7 2/3 innings in a 4-3 victory in Cleveland Monday) is on the mound. Norris (1-1, 3.47) was bothered by an oblique injury most of the season and has made two starts since coming off the disabled list.
