Heinsohn: Rondo making everyone better

Heinsohn: Rondo making everyone better

The Celtics have been one of the hottest teams in the NBA as of late, even in the face of a one of the most grueling schedules in the NBA. Rajon Rondo has totaled 10 assist in each of the Celtics last 22 games, with the C's earning a 15-7 record during the span. Tommy Heinsohnthinks it's been the play of Rajon Rondo that has helped carrie the Celtics towards another post season run.

"He is such an unusual point guard because he can almost name what he's going to do and the points he's going to get, but his main job is to get everybody involved", said Heinsohnappearing on Celtics Postgame Live. "All of the sudden these second string players - the bench payers - feel like they should make the All Star team, just because of Rondo."

Rondo is second only to John Stockton (29) for most games in a row with 10 or more assist.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I wanted to say how much I love and appreciate you all for the support you have given me....
