Prior to the start of the Patriots-Jaguars preseason games, the Patriots pregame radio show reported that Tom Brady would not play in the game.
Brady suited up in full on the sideline, but did not take the field when the offense went on.
Other notable players who didn't play to start the game were Jerod Mayo, Vince Wilfork, Leigh Bodden, and Devin McCourty.
