Last year around this time, a lot of the referees you're seeing now during NFL games were reffing minor college games and even some high school games.
As you can imagine, nobody expects perfection out of them. The mistakes have been talked about and criticized by many, but on Sunday during the Pats-Titans game, there weren't many big errors.
Michael Holley gave them a B to a B-plus, while Tom E. Curran and Ron Borges weren't as kind.
Either way, it doesn't appear as if these refs were part of the story on Sunday -- a good thing.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, who has backed down from his threat to sue the NFL over commissioner Roger Goodell's contract extension, is adamant about his fellow owners discussing it at a Dec. 13 meeting, according to Pro Football Talk.
Here's more from Charean Williams of NBCSports.com's Pro Football Talk.
Tom Brady was back at practice Thanksgiving morning despite an Achilles' injury that kept him out of Wednesday session.
TB12 was also playing hurt in the kitchen later Thursday as he posted a photo of him preparing Thanksgiving biscuits for his holiday feast.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I wanted to say how much I love and appreciate you all for the support you have given me....Posted by Tom Brady on Thursday, November 23, 2017
Brady's wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, also took to social media to post photos of the biscuit master and family jumping for joy to celebrate Turkey Day. Tom's rocking the Uggs of course, but watch that sore Achilles'!
