Tom Brady's not worried about being cursed now that he's on the cover of Madden NFL 18. In fact, he says curses in general are bunk. And he made a video to prove it.

Brady is the oldest player to ever appear on the cover of the long-running EA Sports series. He told ESPN that he actually worked out in the EA gym in his hometown of San Mateo, California growing up.

"When this all came about," Brady said, "I thought, 'How cool is that to do this knowing when I was a kid in high school I was tagging along down there, working out where it all started?' Brady is the second Patriots player to appear on the cover in as many years after Rob Gronkowski landed on the cover before last season. Gronkowski has season-ending back surgery last year, joining the long list of players who've been injured following their cover appearance.

"I suppose there's been some reality to that curse over the years," Brady told ESPN. "Hopefully I can break it. That would be pretty cool."
