Patriots wideout Michael Floyd will serve 24 days in jail after pleading guilty to the extreme DUI charge he picked up in Scottsdale, Arizona back in December.

Six of the seven charges against Floyd were dropped when he entered his guilty plea on Thursday, and per Jonathan Roy of FOX 10 in Phoenix, he was sentenced to 120 days in jail. Twenty-four of those will be spent at a Maricopa County facility, while the other 96 will be served via home detention. Floyd's also been ordered to perform 30 hours of community service and was fined $5,115.99.

Floyd is set to become an unrestricted free agent when the new league year begins next month. He's expressed his desire to stay in New England after the Patriots picked him up on waivers with three weeks remaining in the regular season. He played in Weeks 16 and 17 and in the Divisional Round but was inactive for the AFC title game and the Super Bowl.
