Syracuse orange is making its way to Boston one sport at a time.
Former 'Cuse defensive end, Chandler Jones, was selected to the New England Patriots as the 21st player in the 2012 NFL Draft. Fab Melo, another former Syracuse athlete just joined his fellow schoolmate in the Boston area after he was selected by the Celtics with the 22nd overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft.
Something seems to be in the water up at Syracuse, and Boston teams are taking advantage.
The former classmates sent texts of encouragement to each other after Melo was drafted. Cusenation has become Bostonnation.
