​BURLINGTON, MA, June 21, 2017– The 2017 NBA Draft is set to take place on Thursday, June 22nd at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY and CSN New England will bring viewers in-depth coverage both on TV on online beginning at 7PM. CSN’s 2-hour Celtics Draft Special, which will feature news and analysis surrounding the draftees and their impact on the future of the Boston Celtics, will also be streamed live on CSNNE.com and the NBC Sports App.

CSN’s entire Celtics on-air talent team will be covering the evening as Celtics fans await the franchise’s next move following a recent trade of the #1 overall pick to the 76ers. CSN’s Mike Gorman, Tommy Heinsohn, Brian Scalabrine, Kyle Draper and CSNNE.com Celtics Insider A. Sherrod Blakely will all be at the TD Garden, while CSN’s Celtics sideline reporter Abby Chin will be on-site at the Draft in Brooklyn as all the action unfolds.

CSN will have viewers covered with insight and analysis throughout the evening, while taking viewer feedback via @CelticsCSN and an inside live look into the Celtics War Room. CSN’s Celtics Draft Special will include live feedback from Boston Celtics Co-owner and Managing Partner of the Celtics Wyc Grousbeck and Celtics Head Coach Brad Stevens who will provide analysis on the night’s events. Additionally, President of Celtics Basketball Operations Danny Ainge will offer reaction and analysis on CSN later in the evening. 

CSN will have fans covered all day and night on Draft day, with Felger & Mazz beginning at 2pm, followed by Arbella Early Edition, Celtics Draft Special and Boston Sports Tonight presented by Town Fair Tire going through Midnight. CSN will be a one-stop shop for viewers if news breaks before, during or after the Draft itself.
