We gave this a shot about a month ago. Tom Brady dabbled in some comedic acting when he appeared on Funny or Die and Under Armour's joint effort at a Dick's Sporting Goods.
The ad essentially consisted of Dick's employees poking fun at the Pats quarterback for having a bad Boston accent. Though he appeared stiff at times, Brady did his best work acting as though he blew a gasket in frustration. (He probably tapped into his real-life experiences with Joey Galloway for that particular exchange.)
Now there's a new video on Funny or Die starring Tom Terrific. It's a "behind the scenes" look at the creation of the first ad. Brady is still the star (and still a little bit stiff) but a Brady super fan named Mitch steals the show.
