Victor Oladipo leads Pacers to win, snaps Celtics' four game win streak

Here are the Stars, Studs and Duds from Boston’s 102-101 loss to the Indiana Pacers.

STARS

Victor Oladipo: There are a lot of names for Victor Oladipo, clutch being one of them. He delivered the game-winning dagger, a 3-pointer, with 3.4 seconds to play. That was part of Oladipo tallying his second straight double-double, with 24 points to go with 12 rebounds.

Kyrie Irving: The shot attempts were few, but the impact as always, was great when it mattered most with the ball in Kyrie Irving’s hands. Irving finished with 18 points on 6-for-12 shooting, a scoring total that included a pair of 3’s in the final 67 seconds of play.

STUDS

Marcus Morris: Boston’s top reserve this season, Marcus Morris continues to deliver a much-needed offensive punch for the Celtics. He led all Celtics off the bench with a season-high 23 points on 9-for-13 shooting.

Tyreke Evans: Just like Marcus Morris delivered a big scoring punch off the Celtics’ bench, Tyreke Evans did the same for Indiana. The former Rookie of the Year award winner tallied 17 points on 6-for-12 shooting from the field.

Domantas Sabonis: The Pacers got a little bit of everything from Domantas Sabonis, finishing with a near double-double of 12 points and nine rebounds in addition to dishing out five assists.

Bojan Bogdanovic: He did most of his damage early as part of a solid 16-point performance on 6-for-11 shooting from the field.

DUDS

Gordon Hayward: This was not a good night for Gordon Hayward, even with a good amount of family and friends in the stands. He finished with four points, doing so on a not-so-great 2-for-10 shooting from the field in addition to throwing an errant lob pass that wasn't high enough for Jayson Tatum to catch, in the closing seconds that helped Indiana secure the victory for the Pacers.

Boston’s free throw shooting: This is what happens when you go to the 3-point well too much, and don’t attack the rim. The Celtics were just 6-for-9 from the line compared to the Pacers who were 19-for-25. The 3-point shot will carry the day at times. But against the Pacers on Saturday? Not so much.
