Thomas to start tonight vs. Lightning

After having some success against the Anaheim Ducks, the Bruins will go with the same lineup against the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday night at TD Garden.

The only difference? The goaltender. Tim Thomas will hop back into the net after getting Sunday off against the Anaheim Ducks. Hell have a chance to continue his excellent run since bottoming out against the Penguins, Lighting and Panthers two weeks ago.

Thomas is 3-1 with a .946 save percentage in his last four games, and appears to have found the second wind that eluded him when he made 16 straight appearances for the Bruins. Now its on to a Tampa, which is in the middle of a three-game winning streak.

Newly-signed former Michigan State defenseman Torey Krug was also a participant in Bs morning skate wearing Steve Kampfers old No. 47. Here are the projected lines for tonights game with Joe Corvo, Daniel Palle, Mike Mottau and Krug all expected to be healthy scratches:

Lucic-Krejci-Seguin
Marchand-Bergeron-Peverley
Rolston-Kelly-Pouliot
Caron-Campbell-Thornton

Chara-Seidenberg
Ference-Boychuk
Zanon-McQuaid
