Jeffery spent the first five years of his career with the Bears before being traded to the Eagles before the 2017 season. He then won the Super Bowl with the Eagles last year. On Sunday he helped knock his former team out of the playoffs.
Jeffery led the Eagles with six catches and 82 yards receiving.
